Delete Your Sofya Account & Data

You have the right to delete your Sofya account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to submit a deletion request.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all of your data is removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Sofya account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Firebase Authentication account
• Profile information (name, email address, profile photo)
• All tasks, habits, and goals
• AI agent settings and activity logs
• Analytics and Pomodoro session history
• Calendar sync settings
• Push notification tokens
• All other data stored under your account in Firestore

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — In-App (Preferred)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:

1. Open Sofya
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account & Data
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account and all associated data will be removed right away.

Option 2 — Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email:

• Email: gamalieldorcin1@gmail.com
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Include the email address associated with your Sofya account so we can locate your data

We will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

Important Notes

Please note the following before deleting your account:

• Subscription: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges.
• Irreversible: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored. If you want to use Sofya again, you will need to create a new account.
• Third-party data: Data held by third-party services (such as RevenueCat for subscription records) may be retained according to their own policies.
